  Horrible! When they aren't screwing up order, they're putting ppl who either do not not speak Engliish well,so you cannot understand THEM or THEY can't understand you. Today though the Cinnamon Melts, ALL FIVE BOXES, were inedible. They are ALL HARD and the icing turned to yellowish thin evaporated appearance. The HARD, dark brown bites have no icing, just a little dampness, but mostly the bites are dry and HARD, what used to be icing, on the bottom of the container & it's so scant thin, cooked away in a microwave is our guess. These are NOT like we've had before at this McDonald's. RIPOFF!
